Blue Pigment 150ml (70606)

Spectrum pigments allow you to produce cool, warm  or naturalised highlights. They contain Meadowfoam seed oil, an antioxidant that reduces the aging effects of free radicals on the hair. A combination of tartaric esters smooth the hair's internal structure giving improved elasticity, curl retention and shine. Dispersing agents ensures even diffusion of the pigment for perfectly even tones. 

Blue - Enhances ash tones, subdues orange/copper tones. Has a bilberry fragrance.
