Now that our industry is beginning to reopen, we want you to know we’re still here for you through whatever journeys lie ahead. 

We’d like to thank all of our customers for their loyalty and support over these last few months, and now it’s our turn in support you as you get back to business.

All of our stores now offer Call + Collect and Click + Collect services.

Collection services are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 4pm. All collections will take place outside of the store to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers alike.

Our web team and warehouse staff are working hard to get all orders out promptly however, orders currently have a dispatch time of up to 2 working days*, plus DPD delivery time.

Other shopping services are available for those not wishing to wear a mask, including delivery and collection.
When will I see my Business Development Manager? Out of respect for our customers and understanding that when you reopen you will be busy, please do not be concerned that one of our representatives will just walk through your door. Throughout July & August our BDM’s will be contactable on their phones and they will be arranging video appointments. Face to face meetings will only be at the request of our customers, with a timed appointment and the assurance that social distancing measures can be adhered to at all times. Our BDM’s will be provided with masks and visors and you will be requested to do the same.
What PPE do you have available? Our team have been working extremely hard to source and supply everything you will need when you reopen, however this has not been without its challenges as supplies are in high demand. Please be assured we are committed to providing PPE at the best prices possible at the time.
