Our general store opening hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 16:00 Friday.

To purchase items, simply click the ‘Add to Basket’ icon when you hover over an individual item or whilst viewing the product review.
Once you have finished shopping, you can view all of your items in ‘My Basket’ and proceed to checkout.
Your order should be delivered next working day (if ordered by 2pm). Your order may be delayed further if; you have ordered an out of stock item or if there is a problem with our courier. We will contact you via email if there is any delay with your order.

We have restrictions on some of our products, which means we cannot ship them all over the UK.
You must remember to add your free of charge item to your basket yourself for the deal to be applied.
We cannot usually ship items of furniture out with our courier. We have a specialised team who deliver our furniture to most areas of the UK. Delivery usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Our intelligent back order system means we can fulfil orders even if your item isn’t in stock at our main warehouse, the item will be recalled from one of our stores and dispatched to you as soon as it is available. You will be notified by email if your order is delayed.
