Our web team and warehouse staff are working hard to get all orders out on time however, orders currently have a dispatch time of 3 - 5 days. Therefore, we are no longer able to offer a next day delivery service.
The health and the safety of our web team and warehouse staff is our priority and we will be taking additional measures to ensure their safety. DPD are always adopting the safest way of delivering to you through these challenging times and we will no longer ask you to sign their handheld units and instead their drivers will sign it on your behalf.

All standard UK orders will be delivered on the next working day if ordered before
Orders placed on Friday BEFORE 2pm will be delivered on the following Monday
Orders placed on Friday AFTER 2pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday
All standard orders outside England and Wales: Allow up to 48-72 hours delivery time
Non-standard orders (i.e.: special orders): Can take up to 8 weeks. Timescale estimates will be discussed with you before the final order is placed.
Furniture orders are NOT eligible for next day delivery. Please refer to the furniture delivery information section, lower down this page, for details of furniture delivery times and any additional charges.
Failed transactions (e.g.: incorrect postal information, declined cards, etc.) and out of stock items will delay your delivery.
We will notify you via email if there is a disruption to your order.
• Should there be any trouble regarding your order, we will contact you via email. Please be sure to check your spam/junk email folder if you have not received your order by the expected date.
• For seamless delivery, ensure that there is someone to receive your delivery at the expected date and time. Failed deliveries will be returned to the depot and a note will be left at your address.
• We will process and handle your order with the utmost care. However, once your order has left our premises Alan Howard cannot be responsible for any transport delays, damages, or any circumstances beyond our control.
• Alan Howard is closed on all major bank holidays; therefore, delivery times will be affected during those periods. Please refer to this page for updated to delivery times around public holidays.
We pride ourselves on our high-quality customer service. All our furniture is delivered straight to your salon floor by our professionally trained Alan Howard drivers*. They'll even clean up the excess packaging when they're done. Furniture delivery charges are different from standard delivery charges and can only be delivered to ground floor addresses.
