Velvafoam Bromate Base Hair Neutraliser is a professional-grade foam neutralizer suitable for all hair types. Designed to effectively lock in curls and rebalance hair after perming, this formula ensures long-lasting results while maintaining hair integrity.

Directions for Use:
- Rinse perm solution thoroughly and blot excess moisture.
- Pour 100ml of neutralizer into a bowl and foam up using a sponge.
- Apply two-thirds of the neutralizer to wound rods and leave for 5 minutes.
- Gently unwind rods and distribute the remaining neutralizer through the lengths and ends.
- Leave for an additional 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly for at least 3 minutes.
- Style as desired.
