  • Analyse short haircuts and hair textures to identify optimal areas for colour placement. 
  • Implement a diverse range of advanced colour techniques specifically adapted for short hair, including micro-highlighting, precise colour blocking, and specialized freehand painting. 
  • Formulate colour with precision to achieve vibrant, dimensional, and long-lasting results on compact canvases. 
  • Conduct effective and inclusive colour consultations that cater to the individual style and needs of all clients, regardless of gender.
  • Provide comprehensive home care and maintenance advice to clients for optimal colour longevity and vibrancy.

What do I bring?

Please bring your full hairdressing kit, including all necessary tools for colour services. You are also required to bring a real, live model who is happy to receive a hair colour service and scalp analysis using Matrix products and Biolage professional hair spa (no previous colour correction) and has undergone a skin test following the Matrix AAT guidelines.

Requirements: Hairdressing qualifications of Level 2 or above

Timings: 10am-4pm

Course Investment: £150 + VAT(Cancellation terms apply)
