We teamed up with our Alan Howard Educator, Sara Simpson, to break down how to achieve this trending look using Quif Professional. With our model starting at a natural base level of 5-6, we had the perfect canvas for showing off a deeper, richer version of bronde that still captures those golden ribbons throughout.

Using a weave and tease balyage technique with thicker weaves, Sara placed foils throughout the hair, with some slices through the fringe,  to create bold ribbons of blonde that would stand out against the deeper base. This was processed for 50 minutes, making sure to check the lift during the first 30 minutes. Once lifted to the desired level, the foils were removed, creating the perfect contrast and dimension whilst keeping the look soft and wearable. The hair was shampooed at the basin, towel-dried, and then the toner was applied.

This mix was applied directly to the hair at the basin and developed to allow a blend of golden, caramel, and warm tones to seamlessly blend with the mid-brown base.
