Introducing The New Shed Artists That Are Shaping the Professional Hair Industry

We’ve been working on something exciting behind the scenes at Shed, and now is the time we can finally share it…
Shed has officially welcomed three new artists to the team, and trust us, you’ll want to know them. Being a collective of rising talent within the professional industry, these artists are ready to shape the future at Salon Hair Every Day, and they’re here to bring a fresh, creative energy for everything that Shed stands for.
Meet Amelia Wilmott, Darcey Clarke and Charlotte Singleton, our newest additions to the team at Shed. With all different specialities, styles and perspectives, this trio represents the next generation of hairdressing. Together, they created a collection of editorial-inspired looks that feel fresh, wearable and completely salon-friendly, AKA, exactly what Shed is all about. And we’re so excited to share with you what they’ve created!
The Vision Behind the Artists & Collection
Working with industry-leading photographer, Michael Young, the latest shoot was all about empowering real, wearable hair that’s on-trend, modern and most importantly, salon-friendly. The artists brought natural movement, lived-in texture and of course, that glossy, healthy finish that every client desires. These images were created with the artists embodying Salon Hair Every Day to its core, showcasing elevated, effortless and completely achievable styles from behind the chair to in front of the camera.
Marketing Manager and Shoot Creative Director, Wendy Berry, explains her vision behind onboarding the artists, telling us, “Our three Artists are all the perfect fit for Shed as they each bring something different to the table but mutually share the same passion and drive for perfecting their craft and success in the industry… They also already use Shed day to day in salons, on set at photoshoots and on stage at events, so they know the brand inside out.”
Get To Know The Artists
Meet Amelia Wilmott, an award-winning stylist who is definitely one to watch! Being a freelance hair colourist at the age of 20, Amelia’s journey is already moving fast, and she’s showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Being the winner of Quif Centre Stage, finalist for Pro Hair Magazine’s 2025 Young Talent of the Year, and being involved in the Fellowship ClubStar Art Team and Project X 2026, Amelia is growing her portfolio and industry presence by the minute! And we couldn’t be more excited to have her on board the team at Shed.
For this collection, Amelia leaned into effortless and healthy-looking styles that look modern and on-trend. Amelia mentions, “We wanted the looks to feel candid and natural - like the best version of everyday hair. That’s what Shed is all about!”

Next up, meet Charlotte Singleton. Liverpool-based stylist Charlotte is quickly making her mark within the industry, with a passion for education and next-level social content that keeps us all watching. As a proud member of the Fellowship Project X 2026, Charlotte is constantly pushing herself creatively and stepping outside of her comfort zone. We’re so excited to see Charlotte bring her creativity both behind the scenes and in front of the camera to the team.
For this collection, Charlotte's focus was to enhance natural texture to create looks that feel soft and, of course, wearable. Charlotte tells us, “Seeing how everything came together on set was such a highlight. The looks really reflect that ‘Salon Hair Every Day’ feel, being effortless but still elevated.”

- Force-Field Heat Styling Protection Spray: Charlotte loves the versatility of Force-Field, being usable on both dry and wet hair when styling.
- An[gel] Liquid Sculpting Gel Spray: For creating texture, Charlotte always reaches for An[gel] for sculpting the hair and creating voluminous looks.
And finally, meet Darcey Clarke. With over a decade in the industry and bringing a wealth of knowledge, Darcey is an award-winning stylist known for her versatility across cutting, colouring, barbering and bridal hair! She has since been a part of the Fellowship for British Hairdressing’s ClubStar Art Team, Project Men & Media, and the Schwarzkopf Digital Collective. Most recently, she was a finalist for Social Stylist at the British Hairdressing Business Awards and winner of Barbering Specialist at the Salon Business Awards, all while being mentored by the iconic Errol Douglas MBE. Is there anything more iconic?
For this collection, Darcey focused on creating elevated, everyday styles that look effortless but polished. Darcey’s approach was keeping the hair healthy while achieving natural movement to show that stylists can achieve both when styling. Darcey tells us, “Having the freedom to shape the looks made the whole experience so rewarding. We wanted everything to feel effortless, positive and real. Hair that genuinely reflects what Shed is about.”

The Looks
Across the shoot, the artists wanted to prove that everyday hair doesn’t have to be boring. Creating a mix of sleek, glossy finishes and textured updos, whilst also embracing natural curls, they wanted every look they designed to be achievable in the salon, whilst also bringing that elevated editorial edge.
Shoot Creative Director, Wendy, tells us, “My vision for the shoot was to create a collection of images that celebrated on-trend, wearable styles that felt both polished and relaxed. I wanted the Artists to celebrate the styles they loved creating the most that ultimately suited the model's individuality and showcased the power of Shed styling. My main achievement from the shoot was the way the Artists collaborated and empowered each other.”
