Trending Nails For Spring 2026

Spring is in full bloom (finally!), and so are the nail designs we’re seeing all over social. Clients are choosing colours that are lighter, brighter and way more fun. For spring 2026, clients are all about soft pastels, playful details and whimsical designs that are still making an impact. Including mix and match colour combinations, delicate florals and fresh colour pairings that feel straight out of a spring moodboard. If your clients are ready for a seasonal refresh, here are some of our favourite spring nail trends and a fresh set of nail inspiration, using our Naomi Rose Gel polishes and created by nail tech, Chloe Sheffield.

Mix & Match Pastels

If your clients are struggling to decide between different shades, don’t make them! Mix and match sets are having a major moment this spring, combining soft, pastel shades together like pastel yellow and greens, or pinks, for a playful and wearable look. Add in a few dainty details, and you’ve got the perfect set that practically screams spring.

Shades used: Buttery Lemon & Pistachio

Stripe Nails

Move over polka dots… stripes are stepping in as the new cool-girl pattern for spring. They’re modern, versatile and ridiculously funky. Your clients can choose between soft tonal stripes or bold contrasting colours, depending on your client's vibe, being one of those designs that can be tailored to suit literally anyone. This spring, we’re loving the mix of different tones within the same colour palette for the ultimate fun mani-makeover.

Shades used: Iced Pink & Scarlett Fire

Delicate Florals

It would almost be illegal not to mention florals in spring. Groundbreaking, right? Florals are a spring classic for a reason, but this year, we’re doing them differently. This season, we’re focusing on soft, hand-painted flowers that give that simple floral effect. Think tiny petals, muted tones and a super delicate finish with small polka dots for a manicure that looks super effortless. This whimsical, pretty finish is the opposite of bold, but your clients will be obsessed.

Shades used: Pink Paradise

Yellow & Blue

If there’s one colour combo dominating spring 2026, it’s this. Buttery yellow paired with a bright, baby blue creates the freshest duo. This combo is soft, bright and just the right amount of playful. We’re loving seeing this colour combo come to life through the trendy polka dot print, French tips, or abstract designs, which instantly gives your clients' manicure a spring-curated look.

Shades used: Buttery Lemon & Summer Sky

Bright, Juicy Reds

Who would have thought red would be entering our spring colour palette, and actually, it’s not the deep, moody tone we’re used to. This spring, reds are brighter, warmer and way more vibrant. This shade of red is juicy, high-impact, and still feels chic and expensive. For clients who don’t do pastels, this is the perfect way to add a touch of spring while staying true to their style. Even better? You could pair it with softer shades like buttery yellow for a contrast that somehow just works! We can’t help but get a nostalgic, fuzzy feeling seeing this colour combo, and we’re so here for it.

Shades used: Buttery Lemon & Scarlet Fire

Pink, Polka Dots & Daisies

If your clients are pink polish lovers through and through, this one’s for them. Cool-toned bubblegum pinks are popping up every where, especially when paired with a playful polka dot design. Add some tiny daisy accents, and you’ve got a girly, fresh and super fun manicure. This is a go-to for clients who want something eye-catching but still super cute.

Shades used: Cool Bubblegum

Pastel Rainbow French

The classic French manicure won’t be going anywhere for spring 2026; it’s just getting a little update. Instead of the classic white tip, we’re seeing multi-coloured pastel French tips that add a soft pop of colour without overwhelming the nail. It’s a subtle way of adding a touch of spring to your client's manicure, which is super dreamy and is perfect for clients who like to keep designs minimal. It’s also a great way to add multiple shades into one look without the manicure feeling too busy.

Shades used: Iced Lilac, Buttery Lemon, Apricot Crush, Baby Blue

Spring nails for 2026 are all about keeping your clients' manicures light and playful, as we’re seeing soft florals and fresh colour combinations. This spring is all about getting creative; mixing colours and playing with patterns in the most daring way. And don’t overthink it! If there’s one thing we know for sure, it’s that your clients are ready for nails that feel as fresh as the new season.

Don’t forget to shop our Naomi Rose gels in-store or online at Alan Howard, and follow Chloe, @purely.polished._, so you too can recreate these spring-inspired designs.
